Common questions
I can't sign in.
Sign-in requires credentials issued to you by SHUYA after offline KYC verification. If you've lost your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen. If you don't have credentials, use "Request access" on the sign-in screen.
How do I enable Face ID unlock?
Settings → Security → toggle Face ID unlock on. You'll be asked to confirm with Face ID to arm the lock. The next time you open the app, Face ID will be required.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm twice. Your sign-in credentials, biometric preference and personal information will be queued for deletion within 30 days.
How do I update the app?
Most updates ship automatically over the air — you'll see an "UPDATED" banner the next time you launch the app. For larger updates that require the App Store, watch for the SHUYA.CAPITAL entry in your TestFlight or App Store app.
Reporting issues
Inside the app, an option to send beta feedback is available through
Apple TestFlight (testers only). For other issues, email
support@shuya.capital
with a brief description of what happened, the screen where it
happened, and the version shown in the bottom-right corner of every
screen (e.g. v0.1.0·b5·450f73).
